How Your Files Are Delivered

All products sold on GFXCRATE are digital downloads delivered instantly via email. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing your download link(s) within a few minutes of purchase. No physical items will be shipped.

Didn't Receive Your Email?

If your download email hasn't arrived:

1. Check your spam or junk folder — automated emails can sometimes be filtered by your email provider.
2. Check the email address you used at checkout — make sure it's the one you have access to.
3. Wait a few minutes — delivery is usually instant, but may occasionally take up to 15 minutes.
4. Contact us — if you still haven't received your files after 15 minutes, get in touch via our [contact page] and we'll resend your download link promptly.

File Formats

Your graphic pack may include the following file types depending on the product purchased:

• .PSD — layered Photoshop files for full customisation
• .PNG — high-resolution flat image assets ready to use
• .JPG — flat image exports where applicable
• Additional formats may be included and will be listed on the individual product page

Accessing & Using Your Files

Download links are provided via email and may also be accessible from your account page if you were logged in at the time of purchase. We recommend downloading and saving your files to a secure location as soon as possible, as download links may expire after a set period.

To open and edit PSD files, you will need Adobe Photoshop or a compatible application (such as Affinity Photo or GIMP).

Usage Rights & Limitations

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all GFXCRATE files are licensed for personal and commercial use subject to the following conditions:

• You may use the files in client projects, social media content, streams, videos, and other commercial work.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original files — edited or unedited — as your own product.
• You may not include the raw files in any bundle, template pack, or digital product for resale.
• Credit to GFXCRATE is appreciated but not required unless specified on the product page.
